My 3.21 Atlas Strategy - Einhar & Quick Mechanics - Lots Of Split Beasts -POE Crucible Path Of Exile

The 3.21 and Crucible mechanics made the already very powerful 'split beasts' (Fenumral Plagued Arachnids) way better than usual.
This made me optimize my tree around Einhar
Scarabs to use: Bestiary if you run out of Einhar missions
Sextants to use: At low investment, just "Area contains a smuggler's cache" when you remember it.
Tiers to run: This strategy can be run at any map tier (although the map boss parts require T14+.) Go the highest tier you can run fast. Split beasts can and will spawn at low tier.
