Kia Sportage - HOW TO - Front Bumper Removal
Want to know how to remove and reinstall the front bumper on a a Kia Sportage? Well this video will go into details on how to do exactly that! I will also show what to do and what not to do when removing this bumper.
This guide should also work on other year models and trims such as the 2023, 2024, 2025 or NQ5.
It will be easier if you use some kind of ramp to have a little more clearance and a pry tool set to remove clips.
It's good to know how your car works and is assembled in case you run into some trouble or have a project in mind.
Please be careful when removing and reinstalling the bumper to avoid damage and/or scratches.

00:25 - Remove 6 clips from top
00:57 - Remove 4 clips on each side from wheel well
01:20 - Remove 10mm bolt on each side from wheel well
01:34 - Remove 2 clips and 2 bolts from underneath
02:22 - Pry fender flares
04:40 - Pull on bumper from side
05:05 - Pull up from top
05:26 - Begin separating the bumper
05:56 - Unplug harnesses from underneath
07:00 - Lift bumper off from top
07:14 - Bumper removed
07:19 - Better look of unplugged harnesses
08:02 - A look behind the bumper
08:51 - Bumper reinstallation
10:10 - Re-attach harnesses from underneath
10:55 - Begin pushing bumper to snap-in
12:26 - Snap-in fender flares
13:21 - Reinsert 6 top clips
13:39 - Reinsert 2 clips and 2 bolts from underneath
13:54 - Reinsert 4 clips and 2 bolts on each side from wheel well
14:10 - Final result
