As you model your character, props, or really anything, you could send back and forth the project between Maya and Zbrush, with ease. To be precise, with just one click.
With the traditional technique, we export the whole project from Zbrush to Maya or vice versa and import it in the other application accordingly. When working on a project there is a lot of back and forth, and the traditional way is a bit slow, to be honest.
GoZ inside Zbrush eliminates that extra time. Therefore, using this technique saves a lot of time and we are more productive.
This is a great workflow in your pipeline and you definitely want to use it in case you transfer a project from one application to the other.
We are going to demonstrate the GoZ technique in both ways. To send the project from Zbrush to Maya and vice versa. with a simple character, I made a while ago.
