To do this :
1-rename this file to bootanimation
2-extract the zip file for copying the desc.txt
3-by a file manager supported root like ES file explorer place it (the zip file) with desc.txt in /system/media after making a copy of the original bootanimation.zip and desc.txt for backup, if you want to return to the original boot animation do the same step (3-)
4-reboot and enjoy ! if no problem happens :-P
