Bus is swept away during storm in Petrópolis, RJ.
The rain this Saturday, March 3, 2018, swept a bus that was parked on a street into the Piabanha River in Petrópolis, in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro.
Residents recorded the moment when the vehicle was carried away by the current and collided with the structure of a bridge in the Cascatinha neighborhood.
The bus belongs to Viação 1001, which reported, through a statement, that there were no passengers inside the vehicle and that there were no victims of the incident.
In other images released on social media, cars are also being swept away by the force of the water.
