DEC "Full Video" MPEG Card
Dubious claims and strange performance - the card so nearly plays back full VCD spec video, but seems to struggle with just those last few KB/s for whatever reason, and it seems they knew what they'd done. The question is, what is the problem and who caused it? The company who sold the card, DEC? Or was it the manufacturer, Real Magic / Sigma Designs?
