After a little weekend recap talking about adventures playing with Wyatt Ellis at the Earl Scruggs Festival and opening up for Marty Stuart, we get right into the main lesson of finding good things to play behind a vocal on a couple of jam session standards, Blue Ridge Cabin Home and Your Love is Like a Flower.
We're combining double stops leaning on the dominant 7th to transition from the 1 chord to the 4 chord (G to C) then using the great Dean Webb lick to add some more notey color.
