“HEALED BECAUSE GOD SAID SO” (01-15-19) Bishop DrBill Hanshew

Tonight, Pastor Kyle Butler was not able to join me, so I carried on with the subject, “THE MIRACLES OF JESUS, FROM A FINISHED WORKS PERSPECTIVE!” Part 2
● As we continue to investigate some of the miracles of Jesus; His finished work; and how it all relates to you today; it is important to know that Jesus always declared the end from the beginning.
● Mark 5:34-36 (TPT) “Then Jesus said to her, “Daughter, because you dared to believe, your faith has healed you. Go with peace in your heart, and be free from your suffering!”
● Jesus told this woman, “your faith has healed you.” It has been a religious debate for years as to whether someone can have faith prior to the cross. Many have said, “you can’t have faith until the words of God are sown into your heart!” But what we have to remember is this: Who is the Word of God? Jesus is the Living Word who lives inside of you.
● The fact is that the “measure of faith” in you is not a matter of size or portion, IT IS ABOUT BEING a “measure” of His faith. So, if you have His faith in you, then you do not live by any measure of your faith. You simply believe and know or understand the faith of God is greater than your own personal belief system or ability to believe. And once again, “knowing is greater than feelings.”
● John 6:68-69 (NKJV) “68 But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69 Also we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” So, to believe and know or to believe and understand who Christ in you is, becomes greater than what you experience in life.
● Let me ask you a question: Do you think we get miracles because of our faith or because of something we do right; or do they come from everything Jesus did right? When you become persuaded of the finished work of Jesus and that His stripes healed you, from that point on you will never need to get healed again. And remember, you are NOT the sick trying to get what God has already provided for you in His finished work. You are healed because God said so…PERIOD!!!
● It is time that we start seeing ourselves as “the healed” who are NOT trying to get what has already been provided through the sacrifice of Jesus, but simply “Because God Said So!” I hope you were enriched by this video lesson!
