I2K 2022 | Workshops #1 (pre-sessions) | May 6th

The workshop is a hands-on experience accompanying the talk "How I stopped writing macros and learned to love scripting with ops". In the workshop the participants should bring their ImageJ-related code (macros, scripts or plugins). The aim of the workshop is to find ways to make the code more maintainable and re-usable, by refactoring it and/or moving it from one framework to another (for example from macro to script). Ideally after the introduction the group would be split into subgroups, each working on one project. Each subgroups should present their result in the end and discuss it within the larger group.

Keywords: macros, scripts, ij2, plugins, code quality, refactoring, maintainability, re-usability
