No Air Coming from Vents? Check this First!!
On this service call the customer complained that no air flow was coming out of the vents and the system was not running. Upon troubleshooting the system I found the heating unit was working properly and the problem was a fallen piece of ductwork in the crawlspace. We reattached the ductwork and the furnace ran properly!
