Strategy (event portfolio development) course
Events strategy development including portfolio and asset management. This is a 5 minute summary (wrap up) for the students of a course I've developed and delivered in many countries. It uses the tools and processes of asset management. This is not 'academic'. It is very real and happening quickly around the world. I personally started the process in many regions in Australia, New Zealand and then in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan and other countries for state and national governments.
