Patrizio Peci: After participating in the PAIL (Armed Proletarians in Struggle) group, in 1976 he joined the Red Brigades, eventually becoming the leader of the "Mara Cagol" column in Turin. He was arrested on February 20, 1980, and shortly thereafter decided to collaborate with law enforcement, which cost his brother Roberto his life.
Patrizio Peci thus became the Red Brigades' first informer. He was released from prison in 1986 and from then on lived in an undisclosed location under a new identity.
The interview is part of the 1990 documentary on the "Years of Lead" in Italy, taken from Sergio Zavoli's program "La Notte della Repubblica," which you can always find on this channel.
