Mamajuana! We get after some Dominican Republic goodness!
We've had this box sitting around the studio for a while. It just never seemed the right time to break it out. Lucky for us, we had some mamajuana gifted to us that was already aging in the special blend of wine, honey, bark, and herbs. On first blush, the medicinal nose can be off-putting but once a little mamajuana hits your tongue, the nose acclimates pretty quickly and accents what's happening in the glass. For us though, this sits in the category of mulled wine or steeped whiskies. Which is not to say it's bad, just that the spice level calls for a certain mood. We think this is going to be great once it turns off cold. Cheers!

You can call us Taste Buds or the Two Guys behind the counter, it doesn't matter to us.
