MODERN and COZY house in São Paulo!
During the pandemic, a couple with three children felt the need to move from an apartment to a more spacious home. Thais Guidi (@thaispguidi_fono), the owner, already admired the work of architect Leonice Alves (@leonicearq) and, when deciding to build her new home, didn't hesitate to seek out the professional to make her dream a reality. The result was a modern and functional residence in Santana de Parnaíba, São Paulo, built on a 709.58 m² lot, which became the ideal home for her family.
The house features five suites, a fully equipped gourmet space, a game room, two offices, and several spaces carefully designed to meet the daily needs of the couple and their children. The ground floor can be accessed from both the main entrance and the lower level via a staircase that leads directly to the entrance hall. This staircase, one of Thais' (@thaispguidi_fono) and Felipe's (@felipeguidi) favorite elements, adds charm to the home's design.
The project, designed by Leonice Alves (@leonicearq), stands out for its contemporary style and combination of elegance and functionality. Key architectural elements include pivot doors and large glass areas, which allow natural light to enter and ensure the rooms are always well-lit. Furthermore, the contrast between marble and wood details adds a touch of refinement to the space.
On the lower floor, the house features a spacious garage, a private gym, a staff suite, a storage room, a bathroom, and a utility room. The ground floor houses the social areas, including a movie theater, an office, a powder room, integrated living and dining rooms, a kitchen, and a laundry area. The gourmet space, ideal for leisure, includes a pool with a spa and a small beach, a deck, a pergola, a fire pit, and a game room.
On the upper floor, the house offers five suites, a family room, another office, and an elevator, ensuring greater comfort and accessibility for residents. The entire project was carefully planned to provide a modern and practical lifestyle, with spacious, bright, and cozy spaces, reflecting the desire of Thais (@thaispguidi_fono) and her family to live with comfort and style in every detail.
