・Cooking recipe:
Waffles - 120 g
Break the waffles into small pieces
Butter - 50 g
Chocolate - 150 g
Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
Cake pan - 12*28 cm
sunflower oil
Distribute the dough evenly over the pan
Let cool down
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Flour - 50 g
Milk - 500 ml
Mix well until smooth
Gelatin - 20 g
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens
Stir until the gelatin dissolves
Tangerines - 6 pcs
Pour half of the sauce into the mold
Add the second half of the sauce and spread evenly in the dish
Let cool down
Milk - 180 ml
Dark chocolate - 180 g
Sunflower oil - 50 ml
Roasted crushed peanuts - 70 g
Let cool down
