Around 7 years ago I posted on youtube a video which included the 3 OA positions that I viewed (and still do) as fundamental for any advanced handstand practitioner. Since published the video has reached 475,244 views (but who is counting).

I have been practicing these positions on a daily basis and continue to search for more control and better alignment. In attached video I filmed yesterday (7 years after), I performed the positions in one take which is challenging, especially when aiming at doing them flawlessly. And indeed my inner judge can find little moments which could have been executed better. However, progress and change has occurred since that afternoon, 7 years ago at the Le Reve training room prior to a show...
Not sure when will be the next time I post this sequence, but it will be done on a daily basis regardless...
