q́ićəý (Katzie First Nation) Art by Rain Pierre at Langley Pump Station
Rain Pierre, a q́ićəý (Katzie First Nation) artist is displaying not one but two huge murals on a new pump station in Maple Ridge. The pump station and storage tank are part of the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment projects. The murals are a deeply personal project for Pierre, whose art depicts q́ićəý (Katzie First Nation) history and culture.
