Weaver+Co Architects named Winner of Residential Architecture at The (Emerging) Designer Awards 2024
Presented by Artedomus and The Local Project, The (Emerging) Designer Awards aim to promote designers at the early stages of their design journey. Among this year’s prizes for Residential Interior, Residential Architecture and Commercial Interior category winners are comprehensive video features worth over $150,000 each, as well as valuable media exposure on The Local Project to an audience of more than 4 million people. The winners are those that demonstrate potential through original design thinking, a superior approach to sustainability and performance, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
On 23 October 2024, The (Emerging) Designer Awards held its Awards Ceremony at the Menzies Bar at Shell House in Sydney. The exclusive industry event welcomed more than 100 of Australia’s most esteemed architects, designers and industry stakeholders, alongside an exciting cohort of emerging practitioners.
Weaver+Co Architects was announced the Winner of the Residential Architecture category, for Gable Park. The jury praised this project for its seamless integration into its suburban environment. The design’s use of materials, landscaping, and thoughtful consideration of light and space created a home that feels both open and private.
