Zelda CDi Reanimated Collab | Link Sc. 85 & Zelda Sc. 8
I couldn't pass up the opportunity to join one of the most hilarious and coolest reanimated collabs yet! The Legend of Zelda CDi games are well known for their over acted cutscenes scattered throughout the entirety of the Philips CD-i game. These clips were extremely popular among the YTP and early YouTube community as a source of memes over a decade ago! They still retain a lot of the charm I remember when I first came across them!
I was in charge of reanimating a couple scenes of the project - Scene 085 from Link: The Faces of Evil as well as Scene 008 from Zelda: the Wand of Gamelon.
What got me interested in joining the Zelda CDi Reanimated collab:
Back in 2017, when the Super Mario World “Mama Luigi” episode was remade (check that out here: • The Mama Luigi Project - Super Mario World... ), I was fascinated by the entire project with the varying artistic animation styles. I also have a lot of nostalgia for the show, and thought it was great to see one of the most memorable episodes get remade. I had a goal to join a project of this sort of caliber. I believe the Zelda CDi Reanimated collab fits the description!
