3d printing with Erythritol
Hi this is Luis Rodriguez biggest 3d food pritning fan. This is week #57. In this video I test a new powder with the ZCorp z310. A sugar alcohol Erythritol. After learning that I needed to grind to reduce the particle size and improve its compactability first test cylinders where great and showed a good solidification. Compression forces for a 7mm diameter cylinder where around 1kg.
