Explanation about the 3DIGITALCOOKS 3d food printing approach. Observing food attributes to drive design and techniques. All this embedded into a closed loop to come up with the best result.
PRINTING
We go over the whole printing flow for a simple test. We use hummus as a material, a Curv3s as a simple design tool and Pinya 3 as a printing platform to showcase this first demo!
