Week #61, a new 3d food printing adventure!
Hi everyone this is Luis Rodriguez from 3digitalcooks and today, I have a 3d food printing party trick for you!
Lets face it, weather I like it or not, 3DFP tend to be quite gimmicky, I dont thing that is a bad thing persee but definitely is not the only we thing can do, although I am sure many people disagree with me on this.
ANYWAY, gimmicky or not a good party trick is always a crowd pleasure and a fun moment to share.
So what is this about?
A smoky 3d printed candy.
To do so we will use a 3d food print and liquid nitrogen.
DANGEEEEEEEEEER liquid nitrogen is not a toy and needs to be handled properly, so do it at your own risk!!!
How to?
Pour some LN2 on your print. And that’s it. It gets suuuuuuuuper cold. So its good to wait a bit before grabbing with your hands. The smoke will last for a while so dont worry too much about.
Better to save those finger!
Simple and effective party trick.
Trying it is fun, beyond the smoke effect, the lower temperature makes for a really interesting cold candy mouth experience.
For sure I will give it a new try soon!
