ABOUT THIS PROJECT: I’m swapping out a basic ceiling light for a more modern chandelier. While it looks simple, there are a few things to keep in mind, like ensuring the power is fully cut and keeping track of your hardware for future DIY projects (02:43).
ELECTRICAL SAFETY: I always recommend turning off the power at the main breaker panel (01:55) to be 100% safe, especially if you have other people in the house who might flip a switch while you're working!
TOOLS USED:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
Flathead Screwdriver
Step Ladder
Voltage Tester (Highly recommended!)
