Hello, I am Joconde.
For those who are addicted to salted bread, try making it this way. This time, I used a type of flour called LYS DOR, which is used for baguettes, to make the dough. The result is bread with a chewy crust and a soft crumb. For the filling, I used salted butter along with provolone cheese, mozzarella string cheese, and grilling cheese. Additionally, I brushed butter on the part where you roll it up.
As a result, there were double holes everywhere. Watch the video and enjoy the taste visually.
