Charlie Calzaretta (1921-1986) was a Chicago area vibraphonist who recorded with the Art Van Damme quintet in the 1940s and 1950s.

I really love this solo - it's short, swinging, and packed with cool riffs and lines. I nice mixture of bebop and swing era phrasing. I hope you enjoy learning about his music the way I did!
