Yanki feat. Akira Yamaoka, Tank Factor Contest 'Best Cover' Winner (Live at Wargaming Fest 2017)
Music is a huge part of gaming, and there are several talented musicians in our World of Tanks community. We teamed up with Swedish heavy metal band Sabaton and renowned video game musical artist Akira Yamaoka, and involved our community in our in-game music evolution. Tank Factor, is a talent contest for Wargaming players' community, where you can remix or cover the World of Tanks main theme!
Anyone who loves creating music as a solo artist, DJ, rock group, folk band, whatever, was welcomed to join in. The main prize was a live performance with famous musician and soundtrack composer (and fellow World of Tanks player) Akira Yamaoka live at WG Fest 2017, the biggest Wargaming community gathering.
