A cold soup is a work of art. Especially in hot weather!
Recipe:
✅ Two medium boiled beets
✅ Three eggs (4 if you're using one for garnish)
✅ Two fresh cucumbers
✅ Greens 🌿
✅ Green onions
✅ Salt to taste
✅ You can eat the potatoes on the side or cut them into small cubes for the cold soup.
✅ Serve with kefir and sour cream, or you can try using just sour cream. You'll need more.
