This take on the classic Bloody Mary has a Latin twist utilizing sofrito rojo for its base and herbaceous tequila in place of vodka.

Bloody Maria Directions:
1. Prepare a rocks glass by rimming it with Adobo seasoning
2. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cracked ice
3. ”Roll” the drink back and forth between two mixing glasses to chill and dilute 4. Into your prepared rocks glass, strain the drink over freshly cracked ice 5. garnish and enjoy :)
Tostones Directions:
1. Peel and cut platanos verdes (unripe plantain) in two inch pieces 2. In a cast iron skillet, add ¾ cup of neutral oil and heat on medium high flame 3. Once heated, fry the plantains for about 5 minutes until lightly golden brown 4. Once browned, remove plantains and place onto a paper towel lined plate 5. Using a tostonera or the back of a plate, smash plantains into rounds (tostones) 6. Re-fry tostones until crispy and deeply golden brown
7. Salt liberally as soon as they are removed from the oil
