For #Week41 of my #52Songs52Weeks songwriting challenge my assignment was to write a song about discovery. To do this I called up my friend and co-writer Will Jones. Within a few hours we had this song, #ThatMadeMe. It's about reflecting on the good and the bad, the happy the sad, the love and heartbreak, and discovering that it was all of those little things and everything in between that make you the person you are.
