I will show you how I will write an email newsletter. You want to make sure you have a good subject line. Something that will grab their attention.
You also want to make sure you write a good preview line which is right next to the subject line. I begin my email welcoming the person who opted to join my newsletter.
Don't start off with something rigid and awkward like "To whom this may concern..."
And then right after making sure you give them what you promised in your newsletter whether it is for an eBook or whatever you offered when they signed up.
Afterward you want to explain yourself or your business right after you promise.
You don't want t go too in-depth but you want to give them little details of the person who sent these emails.
Then explain the type of emails that you will send out. In my case it is copywriting and marketing tips. It's also okay to add a little personalization.
You also want them to clearly know what they are expecting. In my case, it is daily emails that improve emails.
You also want to write sub-headlines because people skim emails really fast and you want them to make sure that they can read instantly on what they want.
Afterward you can put a call to action. I personally say you can whitelist your emails in step 1 and make sure my emails don't go to spam.
Then you can put your social media and whatever you want them to join your community.
At the end I put

Don't forget to include a P.S. people like to read the P.S. so make sure to put something important whether it is an open-loop or something interesting.
In my case, I emphasize I will write daily emails in my emailing list just to make sure people who are subscribed know exactly what to expect.
