At our 3rd Friday IoT Breakfast Meetup held on Sept. 15th,
Yeshwant Muthusamy, Ph. D.
( / yeshwantmuthusamy )
talked about Generative AI and its relationship to IoT.
In his presentation, Yeshwant explores the synergistic relationship between Generative AI and IoT, two pivotal forces steering the current technological landscape.
He starts off with a brief introduction to Generative AI, pulling the curtain back on ChatGPT and its brethren (e.g., Bard, Claude, etc.), highlighting their capabilities in creating diverse and complex content through data analysis and machine learning, and busting some myths along the way.
Yeshwant then gets into the potential outcomes of integrating Generative AI with IoT systems.
This collaboration promises to usher in advancements in data analysis, predictive modeling, and autonomous decision-making, thereby facilitating the development of smarter, more efficient environments across various sectors including healthcare, industrial automation, training and simulation, and home management, just to name a few.
If you're able to attend some of our future events, come early and stay late if you can. Great opportunity to network with other technologists, business execs, entrepreneurs, et al... and, OBTW, hear a impressive speaker.
