Do everything you can to avoid yes/no questions in interviews.
They are unspecific and do not tell you much.
Work the conversation to get participants to tell you as much detail as possible about their attitudes, behavior and cognition towards a certain product or service.
Speaking with strangers works better if you have a plan.
