BBQ, Bacon, & Cheese Meatloaf (Air Fryer)
BBQ, Bacon, & Cheese meatloaf for Two! Make it in the Air Fryer or regular oven. Either way, it is a winner!
Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Beef
4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Ounces (85 g.) Chili Sauce
¾ Cup Grated Cheese
¼ Cup Crushed Crackers (I use Firecrackers)
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Barbecue Sauce of choice
Directions:
Cook and crumble bacon.
Crush crackers.
In bowl mix all ingredients except BBQ Sauce.
Form into loaf and place on bake pan.
Make indention in middle of loaf with thumb or spoon.
Apply BBQ sauce.
Bake at 375 F. for 15 minutes, reduce to 300 and cook for 15 more minutes (until 160 F. internal temperature).
Let rest 5 minutes.
