Haystack Crackers
Just in time for the holidays! These simple chocolate & coconut Haystack Crackers are just right.
Ingredients: (Pan Size: 11 x 10 in. I'm using the tray from my air fryer.)
Honey Graham Crackers
½ Cup (1 stick) Butter
½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (or nuts of choice)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Sweetened Coconut
½ Cup Simi-Chocolate Chips
Spread over crackers and let chill before cutting.
After cutting, allow them to come to room temperature.
(Feel free to change or adjust any ingredient you wish!)
