For this assignment, you will need to download the following:
• US Census Tracts (2020) - Shapefile
• US Census Counties (2020) – Shapefile
• ACS 2021 (5yr) – Arkansas Tracts – Table

• DHS HIFLD – All Places of Worship - Shapefile
(1) 10 points. Answer the following questions:
• How many census tracts are there within the contiguous United States?
• What is the FIPS for Sangamon County, Illinois?
• How many Places of Worship are there in Pulaski County, Arkansas?
• How many total characters (digits) are there in a tract-level FIPS?
• How many tracts are there in Texas?
(2) 10 points. Create a Final Tract-Level map displaying the GINI Index of Inequality across Arkansas communities (tracts). Update the symbology to show the top 20% and bottom 20% - this will also appear in your Legend. In the final map, include a description of how to interpret the GINI Index of Inequality value. Do not forget the other map must haves before you finish.
