The Dassault Falcon 900 is a business jet developed by the French company Dassault in the mid-1980s. It was initially developed as a successor to the Falcon 50's mid-size business jet concept with three tail engines. The new aircraft featured a larger fuselage, greater capacity, and longer range. The Falcon 900 became one of the most successful business jets in its class, with over 500 units delivered. Although it is aging and giving way to newer models such as the Falcon 7X and 8X, production continues.
