Altus Rodeo - Playing the Long Game in Open-World Invasions (Elden Ring)
Open-world invasions are hit or miss - you're really at the mercy of the available terrain and how well you can execute it. If most enemies in the world are dead and there's flat terrain, you're often doomed vs any decent group. However, I think these players couldn't quite tell whether I was going to stay on them and were determined to progress through the area. Guerilla style is often what it's all about, after all.
