Ingredients
100g cottage cheese, I use homemade
30g full-fat sour cream, I use 34%, but you can use less
1 egg
30ml milk
1 tablespoon olive oil, 8g
pinch of sea salt
10g sugar
35-40g gluten-free flour mix
3g baking powder, if the mix doesn't contain it
Olive oil for greasing the waffle iron
The waffles have a crispy crust and a soft inside. They are delicious and slightly sweet, suitable for both sweet and savory foods. If you want them sweeter, add 15-20g of sugar.
My waffle iron bakes them in 8-9 minutes.
