Angry White Van Man On The Phone - HG59 BFP - *CONTAINS SWEARING*
As I was cycling along the contra-flow cycle lane I could see that the driver of this van was staring down at something and when I came along side him I could see a phone in his hand.
I swung around to get a better view and saw the phone in his hand. I pulled up next to his van and he then got a bit upset and started swearing at me. I felt that I had sufficient evidence for a prosecution, but upon getting home and looking at the footage, I did not think that it was good enough to proceed so I didn't file a report.
