This minicab driver knew that he would be moving into the left hand lane to join the back of the queue just a few metres ahead. He was indicating and already braking as he passed me. He admitted seeing me, but still gave me less than the required 1.5 metres you should allow when travelling at under 30 mph.
I reported him online to the Police, however, after over a month I have heard nothing back, which means that no NIP has been issued and no action taken.
