It wasn't until I got home and started to edit the video footage that I realised that I had seen the same motorbike before. Not only had I seen it before but I had seen it going the wrong side of a traffic island, AND it was at the same traffic island, although in the opposite direction.
I reported both offences to the Police. The first time they advised that they had sent an advisory letter to the registered keeper about their riding. The second time I have heard nothing back. I have been previously advised that the Police will only update you if a NIP is sent, that you are required to attend Court as a witness, if an advisory letter is sent or if the driver/rider is sent on an improvement course. I can therefore deduce after over a month that no action has been taken.
I find this odd because this was a repeat offence and I would have thought that this would have triggered a NIP being sent, and subsequently a FPN being issued.
