Riding a motor bike in a mandatory cycle lane is illegal, and so is crossing a stop line when the lights are red.
I reported this rider for doing both and received an email to inform me that the registered keeper was sent a Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP), although it did not say for what offence.
A Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) for jumping a Red Light is a £100 fine and three points on your driving licence.
