There are several ways to insert a blank row in Excel:
1. Using the Ribbon:

Select the row below where you want to insert the new blank row.
Go to the Home tab.
In the Cells group, click on the Insert drop down menu.
Choose Insert Sheet Rows.

2. Using the Right-Click Menu:

Right-click on the row number above where you want to insert the new blank row.
Select Insert from the context menu.
In the submenu, choose Entire row.

3. Using Keyboard Shortcuts:

Select the row below where you want to insert the new blank row.
Press Ctrl + Shift + + (plus sign).
