Auto Format Excel Data Just In one Click

Excel's Auto Format feature allows you to quickly apply formatting to your existing data. Here's how you can use it:

Access Auto Format: There are two primary ways to access this feature:
Quick Access Toolbar (QAT): This toolbar is located at the top left corner of the Excel window. If the "AutoFormat" button isn't already visible, you can customize the QAT to add it. Click the small down arrow next to the QAT,
then select "More Commands." Choose "Commands Not in the Ribbon" from the drop down list, search for "Auto Format," click "Add," and then "OK." This will add the button to your QAT.

Ribbon: Go to the "Home" tab, locate the "Styles" section, and click the small down arrow in the bottom right corner. This will open a menu where you'll find the "AutoFormat" option.

Apart from that process shown above we are going to use shortcuts key to auto format : ALT + O + A.
