Best swedish coffee bread - Sirapskakor
In this video I show you an easy and quick recipe to make swedish coffee bread at home. These are called Sirapskakor, Colakakor or Colasnittar and they are really delicious. Ideally, they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. That's how I like to eat them with a cup of coffee.
Swedish coffee bread recipe:
100 g soft butter
85 g sugar
200 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar syrup
175 ° C 10-12 min until golden brown
