Easy and beautiful Christmas Tree Cookies. The perfect gift when you are invited to a Christmas Party or when you receive guests.
These Shortbread Cookies will melt in your mouth. These are my favorite butter cookies for the holiday season. No mold needed.
Christas Tree Cookie Recipe (ca 15 Cookies , 7-8 cm) :
60 g (1/3 cup) sugar
140 g (5/8 cup) soft butter
green food coloring ( I used the brand Dr. Oetker)
200 g ( 1 1/2 cups) flour
Icing:
100 g (1/2 cup) icing sugar
a couple of drops of water
green food coloring
decoration of your choice
