Fluffy Banana pancakes | Easy and quick recipe
In this video I give you my favorite banana pancake recipe. I love eating them for a late breakfast on a lazy weekend.
They are fluffy and so easy and quick to prepare with only a handful of ingredients.
Banana pancakes recipe:
2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
240 ml (1 cup) milk
60 ml (1/4 cup) canola oil
180 g (1 1/2 cup) flour
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon
optional: 1/2 banana for topping / maple syrup /honey / nuts
