[Ingredients ~材料]
34 chocolate wafers, 32 strawberry wafers, 56 crepe roll confections, 3 chocolate boards (white), 9 round biscuits, 6 mini pero pero candies, 6 round cookies, 36 box caramels.
チョコウエハース 34枚、苺ウエハース 32枚、クレープロール菓子 56本、板チョコ(ホワイト) 3枚、丸いビスケット 9枚、ミニペロペロキャンディー 6個、丸いクッキー 6枚、箱キャラメル 36粒
14 strawberry pokies, 5 mini Capricos, 5 parasol chocolates, 7 Apollo, a dash of your favorite candy, a dash of colored sugar (hearts and stars), a dash of kompeito
苺ポッキー 14本、ミニカプリコ 5本、パラソルチョコレート 5本、アポロ 7粒、好みのキャンディ 適量、カラーシュガー(ハート・星) 適量、金平糖 適量
7 chocolate pens (white or brown), white chocolate to taste
チョコペン(白又は茶) 17本、ホワイトチョコ 適量
※Use a chocolate pen to attach them
くっ付ける作業は、すべてチョコペンでする。
※Cool and harden each step before proceeding to the next step.
作業は、1工程ずつ冷やし固めてから、次の工程に進むようにする。
1) Make the floor 〜床を作る
Combine 14 chocolate wafers to make a hexagon and stick them together.
チョコウエハース14枚を組み合わせて、6角形を作り、くっつける。
2) Make a wall 〜壁を作る
Attach the strawberry wafers, horizontally, with 3 of them in a row vertically. Make 5 pairs of these.
苺ウエハースを、横向きにして、それを縦に3枚並べてつける。これを5組作る。
3) Make the wall reinforcement. ~壁の補強を作る
Cut out 15 chocolate wafers, lengthwise, one wafer thick. Attach 3 of these wafers side by side.
Make 5 pairs of these too.
チョコウエハース15枚は、縦にして、ウエハース1枚の厚さ分を切り取る。これを横に3枚並べてつける。これも5組作る。
4) Attach (3) to the back of (2)
(2)の裏面に(3)を貼り付ける。
5) For the front entrance, place two strawberry wafers lengthwise and attach them in the middle with a short cut and arch in between. On the back, use chocolate wafers to reinforce the back.
正面の入り口は、苺ウエハース2枚を縦に並べて、真ん中に短く切ってアーチ状にしたものを挟んでつける。裏には、チョコウエハースを使って補強をつける。
6) Make the columns ~ 柱を作る
Cut the crepe roll pastry to the height of (2). Place 3 of these on top of each other. When hardened, put 2 of them on top of each other. Turn over and put 2 of them on the top of the cake. Make 6 pairs of these.
クレープロール菓子は、(2)の高さに合わせて切っておく。これを3本並べてつける。固まったら、上に2本のせてつける。固まったら、ひっくり返して上に2本のせてつける。これを６組つくる。
7) Attach (4) and (5) to (1). Then add (6).
(1)に、(4)と(5)をくっ付ける。次に、(6)をつける。
8) Put a piece of chocolate on the top of (7).
(7)の上に板チョコをわたしてつける。
9) On top of the pillar, put a layer of round biscuits, mini pero candies, and round cookies, with an apollo on top of the first.
柱の上には、丸いビスケット、ミニペロペロキャンディ、丸いクッキーを重ねてつけ、1番上にアポロをつける。
10) Attach the caramels by stacking six at a time like bricks to form a triangle. These are placed on the edge between the pillars.
キャラメルは、6個ずつレンガのように積み重ねて三角形にしてつける。これを柱と柱の間の淵につける。
11) Make the pillar of the upper part ~ 上の部分の柱を作る
Make 2 pairs of strawberry pokies in the same way as (6). Make 2 pairs of strawberry pokies in the same way as (6). Make 2 pairs of strawberry wafers that combined 2 and 4 wafers. (6)と同じ要領のものを2組作る。苺ポッキーでも同じ要領で2組作る。苺ウエハースで2本、4本を組合わせたものを2組ずつ作る。苺ウエハース、チョコウエハースをそれぞれ正方形に切り、更に4等分にする。これを互い違いに合わせてくっ付けで積み重ね、市松模様の柱を作る。これも2組作る。
12) Make a white triangular roof ~ 白い三角屋根を作る
Brush the mini capricos with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with finely chopped white chocolate. Garnish with a good balance of kompeito.
ミニカプリコに、溶かしたホワイトチョコを塗り、細かく刻んだホワイトチョコをかける。金平糖をバランスよくつける。
13) Put (11) balanced on the top of the castle. Put the parasol chocolates or (12) on top of it.
(11)をお城の上にバランスよく配置してつける。その上に、パラソルチョコレートや(12)をのせてつける。
14) Decorate with candy or colored sugar by attaching it to the location of your choice.
キャンディやカラーシュガーを、好みの場所に付けてデコレーションする。
