Q: Will there be toggles for the new graphics features?
A: That shouldn't be needed as the new graphics are light on performance.

A: David used an online tutorial that is now gone, Max recommends "Real-Time Rendering" and "OpenGL SuperBible", Lukas recommends "OpenGL Programming Guide".
