Hiking at the Tegelberg in Allgäu (Bavarian Alps) from the parking lot Drehhütte to Rohrkopfhütte
No talk, no faces: just hiking and nature.
During the hike at Tegelberg the sky clears up more and more and there are great views of Füssen and the lakes around. We quickly reach the Rohrkopfhütte. From here it should take another 1.5 hours to reach the Tegelberg. In steep serpentines we go uphill. Slowly small snowfields line part of the path, but mostly only one edge, so that one can pass easily. But then the path is blocked by a huge snowfield.
The circular hike at the Tegelberg from the parking lot Drehhütte to the Rohrkopfhütte/Drehhütte includes:
8 kilometres, 3 hours and 450 metres of altitude difference.
